All of our products are shipped via usps or ups and will include tracking.
* Must initiate return within 7 days of receiving the item
* Item must be in unused and unworn condition
* Item must be in the original packaging
*** Note that custom made items are not eligible for return**

Please include your name, email address, shipping address, and item(s) being returned. You will then receive a form to fill out to ship back with your items.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for lost/stolen return packages. We recommend you insure and track your package. We do offer ROUTE shipping protection as an option upon check out.
Upon receipt and processing of your return, which typically takes up to 20 business days from your date of shipment, you will receive an email from gold+grace with confirmation of your return to your original form of payment.
We do not process exchanges. We encourage you to return the unwanted item and then visit our website to purchase the item you would like.
• A signature is required for shipments sent via UPS unless ROUTE is purchased upon check out
• UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Please track your package
• We cannot ship UPS to PO boxes
• Custom items take 2-3 weeks to ship.
